The sales staff is above and beyond the best of all the Chrysler dealers I have ever dealt with. Chrysler's after purchase service is known for being truly awful but at Simard they are the exception. I had a warranty issue with my vehicle after the sale and went to see a local dealer that was closer to me. I was told there would be multiple extra charges not to mention they wanted to charge me for a courtesy vehicle. The gang at Simard took care of me better than I ever expected a car dealer would and made sure that I would not be charged a single penny if it wasn't warranted. Even if you're not close. Even if there are Chrysler dealers closer to you. Take the time and drive out to see these guys. The service department, the sales staff, they're all great people to deal with. He is very competent, very efficient and has our entire trust. We know that he will not suggest frivolous repairs that are not needed and we know that the work he does is always well done. We have followed Mr. Denoncourt from his former location to this new Varennes location. We highly recommend his services and this garage to anyone needing a competent/dependable and trustworthy garage. Furthermore, the manager Mr. Sylvain Chartier is a real pleasure to deal with. He is very professional and courteous. It should be noted that I don't speak much French and both Mr. Denoncourt and Mr. Chartier make tremendous efforts to talk to me in English which is not their first language.
