Once everything was said they quoted 4,300$ plus tax telling me that I should replace my timing chain while I was at it. They even told me that I should replace the engine and that they could find one. Once I digested all this, I called back to see if they could fix the valve spring only (this was quoted at 2,200$ plus tax). The response was that it was not recommended and that if they did the work, it would not be guaranteed in any way... I should get to the point as this may be a bit long. I ended up having my car towed to a VW dealer and they fixed it for half the price and parts and labor are under warranty for 2 years (unlimited mileage). So, before you even consider taking your car to this location for any type of work, I would strongly recommend you don't, take the time to get references and shop around. Don
