I usually do not post negative comments thinking about the repercussions it will have on the business/owner, however this business puts the icing on the cake. I thought I had done my homework before contracting them to do my home's kitchen, clearly I did not. I did do business with them in the past, I had bought a bathroom vanity from them. But getting a kitchen done with them was a whole other story. I also recently, found out that there have been 2 complaints filed against this business in the BBB. I regret dearly doing business with them. The way the company is structure, the owner Juan, gets the jobs and contracts out all the work. He's got installers for the furniture, countertop, etc. My kitchen was started on the last week of June 2015 and it is still not done! Things started out great just as the last Reviewer described. Along the way there have been several disasters. Just as the last Reviewer described I can write a long list of items that have been pending and done incorrectly. The installer working on my kitchen, Rolando, is horrible, the absolute worst! I am not sure how he's got a job. There have been many screw ups done in my kitchen because of this guy. He's got no common sense and he's an animal! I have a furniture that is installed to the left of the stove creating a 31.5" opening for the stove, when the standard is 30". I'm not sure how Rolando made this mistake and kept it that way or couldn't tell there was a very noticeable offset in the installation. The mistake was noticed when the appliances were installed and there was a gap in between the furniture and the stove. And you can tell there was an offset from the bottom and top furniture. When they took out the furniture to move it closer to the stove, the furniture was glued causing damage to my kitchen wall. This was unnecessary if their "professional" installer would have done it correctly the first time around. Do you think they told me anything about what happened or that they were going to fix it? NO! I told the owner in an email about it and he did not acknowledge it. Other issues I had with them are drawer doors not aligned, holes exposed from door handle installation, unnecessary holes done for dishwasher cables, and lopsided furniture installed above my refrigerator, dents on the doors, and tracks not working. Amongst others issues I had with this company was that Rolando, the installer, was late, promised a time and didn't show up until hours later. Another flaw of the owner is that he would say he would come to supervise and came for 30 minutes or not show up at all! The only installation that was done right in the kitchen, which is the reason for the one star, is the countertop. The quartz installer Jose did a fabulous job installing it, he made sure the quartz was at level and joint lines are barely seen. Homeowners BEWARE! This is a bad company to do business with, I would not recommend it for installation of kitchen cabinets. I have lost the love I had for the kitchen. I wanted to write this review because I am so please with the transformation of my kitchen. As you can see from the before and after pictures you can see the good job "spinelli" kitchen did for me. He maximized every inch in the kitchen opening it up to a very practical and confortable space. The owner is a very professional and knowledgeable of his business. I highly recommend this business if you want a custom make kitchen or bathroom. He gives you amazing ideas for remodeling. read more

WHAT A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY. We were remodeling a lot in our home (bath, kitchen, floors), and at first everything started great. We sat with the owner we talked about what we needed, they came to measure everything and we started picking materials. We talked about the labor (told me 2 weeks to complete, I estimated 3), and the owner said he has several teams that go out and do the work. I found out much later that is NOT TRUE. He bids out the work to what seems like the lowest bid. They send a different person for everything (not the same person/team). At one point they sent some guys that looked like they belonged in an institution rather than working in my home. They guy they picked to do most of the work was a joke, He never came more than twice a week, he would call and give 1001 excuses for not being able to come. When trying to deal with all this I was in communication with the owner, and he didn't seem too proactive in trying to resolve the problem. I could probably right a 10 page report on all the things they did wrong. In the end we ended our business relationship (not amicably), and found someone to finish the work for us. We knew other people that started work with them around the same time, and I can tell you that we ALL ended up disappointed and frustrated. Not one of us would EVER do business with them again. Homeowners beware horrible company to use... Do not contract them for nothing a year later and ran with my money the owner doesn't answer my text or call and I'm still without bathroom furniture... Don't let them fool you.. read more
