Needless to say I didn't wait around to see how the rest of my experience would've been. I didn't have much time to waste. I can't comment on the pricing. Either way go check them out. Ayesha's energy is so contagious, we are all excited to get to cooking! This cooking class is not your usual cooking class. Instead of partnering with someone to cook each meal, everyone kind of just broke up in to groups and focused on different dishes. It was a bit chaotic but so much fun! Who knew cooking along a group of strangers in a strangers home could be so effortless? Ayesha made everything very easy. I attended the This Is It - Lamb course. We cooked a delicious salad, okra, lamb kebabs and lamb Rogan Josh. Every bite of each dish was out of this world. The food was lighter than Indian cuisine I've had in the past, I noticed she didn't use nearly as much cream as some recipes I've seen. Ayesha also taught us plenty about Indian spices and their multifunctionality. It's too bad that Ayesha lives all the way in Kendall. If she lived closer, I'd be over all of the time!
