When I tell them that my memory is bad, they tell me that I made an appointment yesterday. When I tell them that I am confused and upset, they double down on the manipulation tactics. Sunpro Solar uses a highly intimidating phone sales tactic, that may be worthy of a call to the FBI. The Sunpro Solar 'sales representative' will boldly state the name and address of the person that they believe is connected to the phone number, in a 'we know where you live' manner. They have used creepy phrases like, 'we have been by your home', as if they are always lurking outside. Subtle, mafia like intimidation tactics. I have baited hundreds of phone scammers in my spare time. Sunpro Solar Omaha is one of the most evil. When Sunpro Solar believes that they are speaking to a highly vulnerable person, their vocal demeanor becomes excited, as if they have reeled in their next victim. When they feel as if the sale is slipping away, they double down on the calls and subtle threats. In the end, when Sunpro Solar Omaha realized that I had been scam baiting them, they became angry and started saying the name and address of the person that they believe is associated with my phone number, in a 'we are going to get you' manner.
