When he came to pick up the computer he did a quick check and was able to get it powered up fairly quickly, so he didn't even charge me. Summary: Wireless network problem resolved quickly, effectively and at a reasonable price. My wireless router stopped working and I replaced it twice, put in half a dozen hours myself to fix it, had a 45 minute troubleshooting conversation with the device manufacturer by phone - and it still would not work. Ricardo from J Town showed up promptly for a scheduled visit and had it resolved in under one hour.
