This time, they forgot to vacuum up the debris left behind under every duct and left. We called right away because it was quite the mess. Did I mention this was 2 months ago? We've called 4 times, sent photos and are always told the right department "isn't answering". Of course it's past the time of them cleaning it up (hello, 2 months), but a partial refund is the least they can do.
