I recommend him with enthusiasm and confidence. In spite of wintry weather, he has now concluded four home improvement projects which have included diverse taskings: construction of a 100 foot concrete retaining wall to include stabilization of a fence threatened by slope erosion, removal of concrete dog run and cracked concrete sidewalk, replacement and sealing of that concrete sidewalk, cleaning, repair and sealing/finishing a decorative stone porch, detection of origin of rainwater entry into the home with correction of the leakage fault, establishment of a roof/gutter water runoff drain field, surface grading and gravelling of a parking area, repair of a fractured roof truss, external door replacement, garage storage shelf installation, installation/wiring of internal and external lighting fixtures, installation of stairstep grab bars. These jobs were performed not just satisfactorily, but well beyond my expectations. I will engage him for other repairs as funds allow. I find Mr. Carroll to be a prompt and able communicator by text and phone, a good judge of whether a contemplated project could go forward, a good planner who generates conceptual drawings for load considerations, a highly detailed job estimator and calculator of volume, slope and grade, a standard good-practice contract writer, a facile and skilled workman over a broad scope of demand, a possessor/operator of required machinery and laser levelers, an engineer-artisan with a good eye for a finished appearance, a person responsible to correct inadvertent collateral damage, and a workman who is highly ordered and remarkably fastidious in cleanup. His invoices are detailed and consistent with the initial contract. I think that his pay/compensation rates for labor performed and materials utilized are fair. He is licensed and bonded. I know by now that Mr. Carroll is an honest, fair, responsible, kind, well-trained and thoughtful man with high moral standards. He represents American ideals at their finest and walks the talk. His additional helpers are also people warranting trust. He has worked very hard in my behalf, and I believe that he does the same for everybody else.

We follow directions exactly. We have now wasted $800 dollars at least! Every single tree we have planted has either died shortly after or had serious fungal issues. Never ever again will we purchase and trees from Spokane Boys. We have a beautiful lush and thriving garden otherwise with multiple trees from other retailers with no issue and have been growers for two decades. We are not the problem. So buyer beware. The trees are beautiful but unfortunately never lasted longer than one year. The Garden decorations, fountains and birdbaths are nice and have lasted. So it's not a complete waste.

As this was a $2.2 million sale, I couldn't hire just anybody. Finally when it came down to getting my clients furniture moved out I had been given a referral by a friend to contact Chase at muscle moving and cleaning. So I called him immediately. And what I found was: A very punctual, well spoken, honest and reasonable person that I was comfortable enough moving forward with the job. As much as he impressed me by our initial phone call, it was what happen next that really deserves this five star review. I ended up using Chase and his team for two days. I initially booked him for one day and it ended up not being enough. However it was because I underestimated the job. Chase and his team worked from the moment they arrived at the site till every last item was carefully wrapped, carefully transported to the truck and perfectly positioned for the road. Evrything was thoughtfully packed and tied down as to minimize any possible damage. The next day Chase and a different team member showed up and again tirelessly worked until the entire truck was unpacked and properly placed into my clients storage unit. I even had them do extra things that I didn't initially disclose and they took care of me like I was their best friend. End of April 2025, I hired Landscape Pros to install a back yard for me. The owner Josh came to my…read morehouse and gave me a bid to level the back yard, bring in top soil, install curbing, hydroseed, gravel and a sprinkler system. He quoted me a price which after getting several bids I thought was fair and reasonable. Once the work was completed Josh informed me he needed to raise my bid $150.00 for "extra" work that was done. What the extra was I am not sure. A few weeks into May I started noticing that the sprinkler system was not covering the full yard. Some areas were flooding while other areas were not getting any water at all. I contacted Josh and asked him to come back and adjust the sprinklers. He sent one of his guys over and after discussion he removed one of the sprinkler heads that was causing flooding. He adjusted the other sprinkler heads, but still the yard was not getting coverage. I asked him to come back a second time when I noticed water bubbling out of the ground. They had poured concrete on top of a sprinkler head. By this time the grass was dead and I had to bring in more top soil and reseed. Several of the sprinkler heads were buried so far into the ground that they could not pop up over the curbing. By this time I was getting pretty frustrated when my sprinkler would not shut off. The valve box was full of water, a third time I asked Josh to come out and fix the leaking valve. Which I am told he did, however the leaking didn't stop. On the fourth request to fix the sprinkler problems I was told I was watering too much, and water was "splashing into the valve box" Really??? I am a women but I am not stupid. Four or five times I requested that Josh come and fix the problems and I always received a text "once my guys are free" it is now the end of August. I ended up hiring someone else to correct all the issues that Josh and Landscape Pros have caused. The people I hired to fix the sprinkler said the manifold and valves that were installed by Landscape Pros were old and possibly used. The manifold was cracked and leaking water, which if it was new (installed in May) it shouldn't be that damaged. Landscape Pros have no attention for detail and the work was very sloppy, in addition if a landscape company is going to take full advantage of a single widow you need to ask yourself if you really want to hire them.
