I had to file for financial hardship because I couldn't pay double for one session without insurance. This is supposed to be a mental health place and it will cause you anxiety. In the last session, the psychiatrist asked why my blood pressure was so high (She takes blood pressure each session at the beginning.) Hmmm, I wonder why. The time before that she had to take me back to her office before I finished checking in because I was about to have a panic attack because I couldn't afford it. One time she canceled the morning of the appointment didn't send me a text and didn't have front desk call me. I sat on the telehealth zoom for thirty minutes past my appointment wondering when it would start I had to call the front desk, they very rudely said that they called me when they did not. The next problems I have is with Ms.Wayman. multiple times she has not filled my prescriptions on time. I went through withdrawals I called, texted, and sent a portal message and she still didn't refill on time. With the medications I'm on, this is very dangerous. She has done this the whole time I've seen her and I started seeing her in February. I have grown frustrated and angry with the whole establishment. I do not recommend going here. I will be canceling my future appointments.
