We found this local company through Angi and were both surprised and impressed with their responsiveness, professionalism and value. Though unclear to me the full scope of their services (far more than the junk hauling we needed), we certainly would use them again without hesitation or reservation. It was a pretty simple job, clearing out our accumulated junk from the basement. He got back to me by text right away, I sent a pic of the junk pile, and he sent an estimate, all in a few minutes. Jeremy showed up exactly when he said he would, and let me know when he was on the way, so I didn't waste a whole Saturday waiting around. I woul definitely use him again. read more

I was needing someone to remove boxes and other items from my garage. Jeremy was prompt in replying to my messages. He showed up on time and was done in 30 minutes. Last Wednesday (2/26/2025), he told me that he would come out on Sunday (3/2/2025) (i.e. FOUR day's wait), at 10 or 10:30am, to check on a leaking water line. Well, HE NEVER SHOWED UP, nor did he even have the decency to give me a courtesy call or text, to let me know what happened and/or why he couldn't make it (and he could have easily just rescheduled the service call, for another time). By 11am, I texted him, but never received a response. At 2pm, I texted him again, and STILL, no response. At 4pm, I called him, and, of course, he didn't answer his phone. I literally never heard a word from him, at all... The previous time [only other time] that he had come to my house, I gave him a $45 tip (on a $105 invoice; yes, a 43% tip), as well as a glowing review here on Yelp, because he had stayed late at my house, in order to fix my water heater lines, and he had also stayed in touch with me, to let me know that he was running late at another job. I had even recommended him to a friend of mine, and now, she's like, "Oh, heck no, I won't be calling him now, because I don't have the time or patience to deal with people like that." So, now, my water line has been leaking for four more days, and now, I STILL have to find someone else to come out to fix it, before I will be able to leave out of town. Obviously, if he had just told me that he couldn't do it, I could have already hired someone else to fix it, in the meantime. But, stupid me, here I was trying to give him some repeat business, as well as some new business (from my friend). Unfortunately, after this ignorance, I definitely can't recommend him to anyone...
