However, when I began to move in and put stuff away I noticed that the inside of the kitchen cabinets and drawers were not cleaned at all. I ran my finger across the bottom and there was so much dust and debris. The same goes for all of the light fixtures. It seemed like they didn't dust anything and just did a surface wipe down. I ended up having to re-clean everything myself. I was very disappointed with having spent $400, I definitely felt like I didn't get what I paid for. I will say that they were kind when I spoke with them on the phone, I haven't had a chance to call back regarding this issue (I had it cleaned in the beginning of April) and I know it's well past that time but Ive had a lot of things hitting me back to back so tried to let it go and I'm sorry, I just couldn't. It bugs me a lot. I'd definitely be happy if something could be worked out regarding this but I also completely understand if nothing can be done because it's been so long. The fixed price in 2021 was $300; the monthly unit fee was $40 but moved up $50 over time. Now that my partner and I have moved and have changed address, they want us to pay $400. We have been Brody Bros customers for years and have given them approx. $3,000 over time by being loyal customers. That money is going to dry up if they don't remove the fixed fee for moving to a new location. This won't be a problem because there are highly qualified business substitutes in their market. My observations and opinions are my own perception. Brody Bros obviously has a platform to defend their position for pricing.
