The owner, Julio, will walk you through the process and work with to ensure all the damage is noted, document and able to be presented to get a fair and through claim. They completed my own roof on a house and completed a home that I bought after recommending this company to the sellers. They also completed a roof on a friend of my after I recommended them as well. Overall they do great work, will let you know and show you any damage they find as they install the new roof, and even provide color advice and suggestions upon request. I was very pleased with both houses that they installed roofs on for me and were very flexible in my needs and communicated the entire process as it unfolded. The cleanup required a second round of effort, but they were very responsive to my request to conduct additional clean up as needed. JAC has repaired two complicated leaks on my "historic Waco home" that other roofers and carpenters failed to resolve for four years--you can imagine what was going on inside with ceiling and walls. The repair has held. They have done the same with a lingering tile-roof problem. JAC later replaced a large roof section (@11x40+) and replaced the soffit and fascia around the new roof and two others using fiber cement "boards" (Hardie®). JAC did all the painting and carpentery involved. Excellent work, in every case. JAC has repaired or replaced metal, composition, and tile roofing for us on two houses, one with five different roofs + the garage roof, and two years ago put a lovely composition roof with a big heat vent on our (cute) chicken house. The hens love their roof & so do we. We have found Julio, JAC's office-project manager, and the on-site workers to be kind, honest, and dependable. The level of professionalism and knowledge makes this roofing company stand out. As an insurance professional, I like to see a roofer who understands the insurance process and who is willing to work with an insurance carrier to make sure the client gets what they need in order to return their roof to the same or better condition. With the COVID situation, and the CAT storm issues that can keep the roofers busy, materials and time were in short supply.
