If you want second to none, Jack is your man! We just closed on our home yesterday afternoon. It was a short sale, like the majority of the inventory in Nevada and we were apprised that it would take time to get through the process and that patience would be a virtue. Never did we imagine the process lasting nearly 6 months to the date. It was a cat and mouse game with both of the seller's first and second lien holders concluding with a grand delay by our own local loan agent (who will not be getting a review on Yelp; not because I don't feel he should be exposed, but because I just don't have the time to write about someone who isn't worth a you know what). My fiance and I realized we were committed to moving from Boise to Reno. We pulled Jacks name out of blind luck. TLDR, Jack Cote is a spectacular realtor, and I can't recommend him highly enough! We had a tricky out of state move with a constrained timeline, which we thought was going to be very stressful. As a first time home-buyer I wasn't sure where to begin. I had called a couple Realtors that weren't very helpful. Then i found Jack, he helped me every step of the way right from the beginning. Jack set up an auto list so I would get daily emails of new listings in my price range. He probably took me to look at houses at least twice a week because I wanted to see them all. Jack worked around my schedule he met me in the evenings when I got off work and on weekends. Once we found my house we had to jump through some hoops because it was a foreclosure. When it didn't pass the first inspection because it was missing a smoke detector Jack went and bought one and installed it. When I had to have money set aside in escrow for repairs Jack managed to get it included in the loan amount.
