Both times, I noticed that my comments was removed. I know for sure only admin. have the authorization to make those changes which further proves to me that bullying does exist on that team. I will be reposting, making a formal complaint, and a few calls to get this situation investigated further. The original post was small and simplified - look how far it has gone now. I don't understand how someone or a group of people can be offended by the truth when all they had to do was fix the problem from the beginning. Either way, I'm here for it. I am fortunate enough to have transitioned my career and I now work with the most awesome people. Everyone cares for each other and it can be felt! My students are incredible, they are very smart and super kind. You will never find any bullying or any type of things that you may find at other schools.
