No hot water - again. Have had problems with our water heater from day one, and still no resolution. Warranty work is impossible without sales receipt which Jack Building & Design has, but we can't get a response to emails, calls, texts, or Facebook messages. Pretty irritating we have to spend money on legal counsel to get problems corrected because the water heater is truly just the tip of the iceberg. Crew worked hard on our retirement home but so many problems and many still unresolved after nearly 2 years. Definitely not great at correcting what was improperly done.
