The North spout came down less than 1/4 " from my wooden fence. When I called they promptly came to look at the issue, which Nick was apparently aware of. His main fix was for me to cut the metal post if my fence. I would think the professionals would at least call the owner to discuss the issue before leaving the site. I cannot believe they left that day leaving my downspout almost touching my fence feeling this was a job completed. I am so very disappointed. They came highly recommended. Now I am left to figure out how to solve this problem . I would get a complete explanation of what they are going to do BEFORE you hire them.

This was revealed at the beginning. It took a while to get Dave to meet with me to pick materials and to get things moving along. I had to reach out and push getting these items picked. I'm easy too - I know exactly what I want so I easily picked my items. So today he was to come over with a contract and we were gonna write a check. Instead - seriously out of the blue, I get this email: Amy - sorry to inform you but we will pass on your bathroom project. After reviewing yesterday with my partner this project is not suited for us. I mean wtf! We were gonna start in a couple of weeks (as per his notification) My response to his email was: "Wait .... for real?" To which his only reply is "Yes it is" How completely unprofessional can you be!! Now I'm left completely hanging! I had NO indication that they would do this after all the time going back and forth. I'm incredibly frustrated and confused by the lack of professionalism and communication. Shame on you!
