I called to cancel my home insurance policy because I no longer live in the apartment it was assigned to. The guy who answered the phone, because let's be real, he was a big pain in the ass- wouldn't take no for an answer. Yea I'm talking about you, Jonna Gorgas. You suck. And if the way State Farm trains employees to pressure clients into staying, then as a company you need to modify the way you're doing things. I work in healthcare, over 50 hours a week. I don't have time for anything. I was on the phone with Jonna for 10 minutes and this guy would not take "no" for an answer so I hung up and called corporate. The girl who helped me canceled my policy in less than 2 minutes- no questions asked. It's really annoying when people don't listen to what you're saying. I plan on leaving State Farm after this.
