This location is a hit or miss. I've come here sparingly due to inconsistency and prefer to keep it that way. I've seen staff appear flustered and overwhelmed . I hope management get the workers here adequate help to further assist the customers. On good days this place has fresh and well prepared food. When it's bad days you can notice and the drive thru moves slow as molasses. It's hard to recommend this location due to up and down service/quality. read more

This place has a HORRIBLE night crew. No one employed is able to make sound decisions and are very rude. I don't know if anyone else has experienced this but I have just had the worse fast food experience. I ordered takeout from Jack in the Box's website and it said that my order would be ready within 7-9 minutes. I gave it longer time before going up there. To my surprise, the rude cashier said that I would need to drive back through the drive through line in 5-10 minutes because they don't have my order. He said all of this after seeing the confirmation on my phone. I go back through the line and the same cashier not only interrupts the guy helping me, but rudely tells me I would have to come back in the morning if I wanted to speak with a manger regarding receiving my food or a refund. WOW I sure was shocked at the reviews this place got. I go there tow to three times a week best Jack In The Box ever to me, service always fast food always correct and I have always been treated kind. Only once I had a problem with what I think was a manager in training, once I got home I called the store, just so happens the owner of the store was there I spoke to him and explained If it is not broken don't fix it, that he did not need to put this kind of person in his store, he said he knew what I was talking about and I have not seen that guy there again. read more

Slow and no attention to detail. Sat in the drive through line for about 15 minuets with only two cars in front of me. Ordered a Spicy Chicken sandwich with no cheese and got some kind of chicken sandwich with egg, bacon, and cheese. Not what I was in the mood for. Today when I ordered I asked for the hashbrowns to welldone for both orders and I repeated it twice and the lady said ok. When my husband and I got to the window the women handed the orange juice and asked if we would like hot sauce, jelly etc...I strawberry jelly and she just slammed the window before we finished talking. She gave us the bag and when my husband pulled off I noticed no jelly, napkins. I went on the inside and she yelled do you need something and there was customer at her register that she was also being rude to. I said " we need jelly and napkins" she said "well I asked yall and I didn't know what you said" she walks around the corner and rudely give me a bag and says " here your jelly and here your napkins!" I said can have some ketchup? She slams the register closed and yells at the male customer " I don't have know receipt for you it ain't working!!" She turns around and grab about 20 packages of ketchup and toss them to me. I pushed them and told her to keep them. And walked away she calls me a BITCH and runs outside calling me bitches in front of my 12yr old and my husband. This is unacceptable! Worst customer service in life!!! We sat at the speaker for like 5 minutes And I yelled hello only for some behind the scenes gangsta to tell us to shut the fuck up thru the speaker. I was soooooo mad. Went to the window only to be told that they not serving food cause the store closed for whatever reason. But they're 24 hours tho. I called this morning very polite to get the manager name and store number since corporate will be called early Monday morning! Not sure what happened internally but about six months ago they hired a new manager Ramona who came in and started firing everyone. Almost the whole staff has been replaced. Now with the new regime they are super slow and super rude. I am in the Army and I get treated in there like I am some crackhead junkie. Ramona is the ringleader of this treatment. When I walk in and she is at the register she will wait on everyone in front of me and when it's my turn she walks away and makes me stand there until one of the other employees gets a chance to wait on me. Last night I went in to purchase 4 teas, 3 were unsweetened and 1 was sweet, when I got home the sweet one was sour and the unsweetened ones did not even last thru the night. I went in today to tell her about it and she rolled her eyes saying we brew our tea every morning and would not replace them but she would give me a discount. I used to go to this location everyday sometimes twice a day now the only time I go is when my wife's insists on getting their chocolate cake. I have never felt so disrespected in my life as I do when I go to this location. If she really does not like her job there and cannot provide customer service maybe she should get another job elsewhere. The above mentioned tea situation is the. Latest of many issues there. She has also disrespects me to her employees. Like I said I used to go there everyday and have a good relationship with them so they tell me when she brings me up.
