UNACCEPTABLE!!! Unfortunately, you cannot leave the stars blank. This ladies and gentleman is what we call a zero star establishment! After coming to this location various times in the past, today was the icing on the cake. My issue with fast food chains are simply the lack of quality customer service from employees. Today's encounter included a "MANAGER" who obviously was not trained on professionalism, leadership, and quality service. My sister and I decided to stop by this location to grab a bite for lunch. Upon arrival through the drive thru my sister attempted to place her order. My sister asked if she can place separate orders to avoid mix ups and the "MANAGER" ( who we did not find out until later) says "we don't have time for all that". No hesitation it just rolled off her tongue like she's said this more than once. Her tone was rude and quite disrespectful to say the least. We discontinue our order and decide to go inside to speak to someone about the behavior as we were no longer in interested in our food, but now wanted to better understand the reason for the response. We went inside and were greeted by the cashier who happily accepted our request to speak to the "manager" and come to find out the "manager" was the rude employee from the drive thru. My sister and I attempted to address directly with the "manager" about her behavior asking why so rude in the drive thru and she did not care. The "manager" who's name is Jacqueline decides to continue her rude behavior with a sarcastic tone, rolling eyes, walking away and coming back to front counter, and tries to justify that her comment was because "the establishment had a lot of people". I'm sorry but this is fast food and she was not left alone in the kitchen. Customers were not expressing being impatient and had no questions about the speed of their orders. Furthermore, it still did not provide a valid excuse to behave in a manager as such. As my sister attempted to discuss with the "manager" the "manager" continues to not show any professionalism and dismisses both me and my sister's concerns while continuing to be argumentative. Before the "manager" decided to maker her exit from the counter I asked if I could speak to someone above her and she states no one above her is available on property and to contact customer service for our concerns. Please note my sister and I never got to complete our order and made no purchase but as the "manager" decided to be dismissive and offer no pivotal alternatives to ensure a solution was found she randomly prints out a receipt of another customers order with their credit card information listed, which is not okay. I'm sorry but this was a beyond my imagination experience and this is not okay. It takes nothing to be professional at minimum but this particular individual took her lack of leadership to the next level. Again, if you don't like people stop working around them, it's that simple! You don't represent just the location, but the brand and all it takes is one bad apple and people must be held accountable for their behavior. This is one of the best places for a good late night snack or when you are last minute hungry. I love that they have a military discount that helps reduce the price. I know this is just a fast food place in a mildly sketchy area, so my expectations were very low. The food was typical Jack in The Box. The restaurant and the service was absolutely offensive. Their soda machine is out of almost everything. No Coke, no Diet Coke, no Coke Zero. Basically just root beer and flavored sparkling water. The level of hate and disdain the cashier gave me was over the top. She mumbled about did I want sauces. I don't usually eat at Jack in The Box, so I asked what sauces they have. She gestured at what I'm guessing was a sign she thought was on the actually empty countertop, then seemed to notice there was no sign, so she turns to the side to look at a list yelled them at me at about 100 MPH, in the voice of your worst elementary school teacher. Horrible horrible service like oh wow horrible. Ordered a salad and wanted the vinaigrette. Well she said all they have is ranch ok cancel that. Then ordered a chicken teriyaki bowl and drove up to the window and paid. She asked if I wanted sauce with it. Well yeah so I asked for teriyaki sauce and sweet & sour sauce because of the egg roll. This is the worst jack n the box I have ever been to. I only go here because it's close to where I live and where I work and there's not much around.. This is supposed to be a mini munchie box... it's supposed to come with the onion rings, three mozzarella sticks and some curly fries. Their refrigerator much not be keeping temp because the onion rings they gave me we all three stuck together to make an onion blob. I get that it's only $3 but who wants to eat an onion blob. I've never been to a jack in a box before so this was my first time eating there food and I found it sub par. I've worked at fast food before and in my experience I feel like they really weren't putting much effort in. So I would give the customer services a 3 out of 5. They were friendly enough but they seemed rushed. I would understand if they had a crazy rush at drive though but when I was there it was down. The atmosphere however was pretty bad... there were bums outside (he was talking to himself and pacing around) and there was a guy inside that looked homeless without food and in general I did not feel comfortable at all. Plus I felt like I had to make sure my car wasn't stolen outside where I couldn't see it and I came from Detroit! While I was there a lady came in and filled a plastic bag full of ice with there machine. That's pretty unsanitary if you ask me and it's not like she bought anything like me. So the overall atmosphere I'll give it a 1 out of 5. Now the food which I think was the only good part out of the experience. It took them at least 7 mins to get my food with 1 person ahead and 3 behind but I'm a patient man it didn't bother me that much and it took me 5 mins to get home. When I got home my food was already warm on the colder side. But it tastes ok for the most part. I got an sourdough jack the meat was dry but the sauce counter acted the dryness. All in all i think the food is better then most fast food places! I'd give it a 3 out of 5. Overall jack in the box could be one of my favorite fast food places, however this location is not the place to go if you want a clean restaurant to go too. Hopefully if a little care and effort from the employees this location can get more people to go there and get warm food with good customer service and clean outside. Mold in food. Goodmorning! I ordered a breakfast sandwich from this establishment November 4th, 2016 at 0730. I was eating the sandwich and remember feeling like it tasted funny, but thought it was just me; as I am 22 weeks pregnant and have been trouble keeping food down (morning sickness). I discovered that the egg in the sandwich had mold throughout the egg, and I ate almost the whole thing. As a first time mother I was worried for the safety of my baby, and called my doctors and poison control. Hopefully the baby is okay. HEALTH VIOLATION!!! I went there around 11pm for an Oreo shake. We got the Oreo shake but later... The straw kept getting clogged, we figured it was just oreos. We stirred it around out of habit and we saw something blue. We picked it up and it was a finger condom! Finger condoms are used when you cut your finger. You put a band aid over it and then a finger condom to prevent the band aid from coming off. THAT IS DISGUSTING. When we called to complain, nobody apologized. No sympathy was shown. They just said we could get a free shake next time. Why would I want a free shake after getting something like this in my current shake?? There are a few other jack in the boxes in this area.
