He was very arrogant and condesending. This took me off guard because we were ready to buy that day, he was the owner and from the look of things he could use the buissness. Well I guess I was wrong or maybe he was just so arrogant that he assumed he had the buissness because he had somewhat of a captive audience in las cuces. He also assumed that I didn't know anything mechanical, I think because I was a women and at the time I didn't know a whole lot about trailers. I'm an Engineer! He really was arrogant and went on about how i needed these embedded hooks and other things that are not necessary but cost a lot more than average.

And not for nothing, but Navy Fed commercials are way better than USAA commercials. Alas, I'm a life long USAA member. It's where I've been for 20 years, and I have no plans to stop. But if I did, I'd be very likely to hit up Navy Fed first. The only reason I check in here is to use the ATM lol. One thing Navy Fed has going is it's brick and mortar spots. USAA brick and mortar locations are few and far between, and most of your business is done online.

We found one that we liked and Cecil said that it was $22,500 and that with our trade that it would be in the price range that I told him. We went to see the manager Isaac. The manager printed out a paper with the figures. This had that the car was $26,900. At the time we didn't notice the change in figures. However, the price was way out of my range. Of course the manager kept lowering the price when I told him that I was going to think about it over night, pouring on the pressure. He even brought out a "Only tonight" offer but I told them I had to think on it. When we got home and looked at the car online and it was $22,500 and then we remembered that Cecil told us it was $22,500. Anyway, good thing we walked away. Cecil even had the nerve to text us to tell us the price dropped to $22,600. Which was still $100 higher. BUYERS BEWARE!

Later, when done, I had to call to find out if it were done. I tried to break free from work but was unable. I called and offered to pay by phone. The person who answered said he didnt have access to the credit card machine. I asked if it could be delivered since i work about 1/4 mile away. I was told they couldnt since they were going to close in 20 minutes. I explained that they had my only house key-- could they please leave it in the car and, with my other set of car keys I would swing by and get it. The guy said he would call or text if that were ok....no call, no text! A friend took me to the dealership where sat my car--with no key in it! Meanwhile my dogs are waiting at home for me. Had to call a locksmith at 10 pm to open my door. Needless to say their service sucks! No wonder they have only a 58.1 % service retention rate!

He told me he would sell it so I could look and try and find a small gas affiant car. He called me after a few weeks and told me the truck sold, and he had my money. He got a great price for me. (I guess I did not need my right arm or left leg.) On the way home I stopped @ Jim's and told him what was going on with other place .He said leave it here and I will check it out. About 5 hours later he called and said your car is ready.( Yes I picked myself off the floor.) He had the old parts and explained what had gone wrong. Jim fixed my car for 1/4 less than the other place.(So I keep my arm and leg).
