We had a new vinyl plank floor installed by 3King's. I had to sand and re-stain my baseboards and the new quarter round myself. They did not measure the opening for the transition piece correctly so I had to wait 2 weeks for it to be ordered and installed. I needed a specific type of flooring to withstand my husbands wheelchair being on it (more expensive but that's ok) But they told me as they were installing the transition piece that it will not the wheelchair very long, Information that would have been good to know prior to the purchase. The floor still have squeeks in areas. I will give credit to the men installing the floor, they were they pleasant and worked hard to get it mostly installed in one day and helped move my furniture back in. I'll have carpet in my other rooms after this experience. The floor is nice, but my take is, ask questions about how ALL the details of the install.

They acted like my business didn't matter. I brought my father with me on a second visit after going to a competitor to look around and the second time we got someone clueless and said glue down vinyl plank was hard to find when the shop down the street had so much to choose from. Their suggestion was to glue down interlocking plank and to "saw" out a board from the floor if it needs repair. My father thought they were incompetent and I agree.
