ASE Heating and Cooling was sent out to look at my A/C Unit by my home warranty company. They…read morerescheduled my appointment 3 times before they actually showed up at 7 PM. They determined the A/C unit had been damaged by the previous owners of the home and the home warranty would not cover human error. ASE Heating and Cooling charged me for the visit, just to tell me they couldn't help me. They promised the photos and the written report so that I could consult a lawyer for the previous owner's damage which I have never received. The email listed on their website does not work. Their voice mail box has been full for weeks. I have texted several times a week for the last month and never received a reply. ASE Heating and Cooling has no integrity, no communication, and are unreliable.
