OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!! From the moment I made my first call I have been beyond happy with the assistance I received. I called at 8AM on a Monday morning and connected with Keith, the service manager, and I explained to him that I was in NY and I need to replace my mother's HVAC unit in Alexandria. He told me he would go out today and get me a quote. My mother lives alone and i love the fact that the texted her a photo to let her know who would be arriving from Atlas. Keith called my from my mother's living room at 1PM to explain what my options were. Within in 15 mins I got a call from the finance team to process my credit app. 15 mins later I got another call saying I was approved and they could have the unit installed on Wednesday. Not only are they installing the unit, they are removing all of the window units my mother had in the house and putting them in her storage shed. (THIS IS SUPERB SERVICE). I got a call that it was time for my winter checkup, so I made an appointment. SO RARE! After receiving a text message earlier than the beginning of the appointment time period, there Chris & Justin were shortly after. Now, I am rather picky about all things concerning customer service because in the past I have taught all aspects of customer service. SO RARE to be greeted by a friendly smile & have the people, who also happens to be fairly young, be knowledgeable, polite,cordial, effective & efficient. They also were extremely professional & answered my questions easily . After Justin heard about the difficulties I had with the persons who installed my system, he very generously gave me additional service to make sure I have no further difficulties with the heater. Hands down, Atlas Cooling provides the best customer and professional service in the Central Louisiana area. My air conditioner was not working properly and I contacted Atlas. Brittany collected my contact information and within 5 minutes, I received a call from Keith stating that he would be at my house, even though he had a full schedule, the same day. When Keith arrived, he immediately knew what the problem was, and how to resolve. In addition to fixing my AC, he took the extra time to look at my whole unit, wiped the unit in my attic, and tighten screws that the previous AC company failed to do. I recently needed service on my AC unit and was unsuccessful in finding any one available for same day service. When I reached Atlas and spoke with Brittany I was immediately relieved by her kindness, professionalism and concern. She explained the process and set my appointment. It was nice to receive the followup emails so I knew who my technician would be and what he looked like. He called before arriving and was very thorough in his inspection. My 22 year old a/c went out during the worst of our last heat wave. It was a very hot Sunday morning, but Keith showed up in less than two hours. He diagnosed the problem..the motor had burnt out on the compressor. Keith was able to get it going until his crew arrived the next day with the new unit. Everyone that came to my home was polite, courteous, and very professional. I really liked how they texted a picture of who was on the way to your house.
