Mike came and gave us an estimate and a time frame to complete the jobs. Not only did they show up on time but when we discovered that our refrigerator had been leaking overnight resulting in a considerable amount of water in our basement, they offered to fix it, which saved an expensive plumbing bill. They completed all the jobs in half a day, explaining every detail as they worked on the project. This was very helpful as we could make adjustments as along the way. On completion of the job, they cleaned up all the debris so everything was as clean as when they started. When Mike handed us the bill he said there was no charge for the refrigerator! Rob quickly found that the motor was bound and offered to get a replacement after trying to fix with 3 in 1 oil. They were not able to find a replacement motor but during their journey to Home Depot the motor was unbound by the 3 in 1 oil. Rob returned the motor to its housing and reinstalled.
