Change management Definitely DO NOT ORDER for a big event…read more I ordered for our daughter's graduation party from college 10 pizzas and 2 cheese sticks and 2 pizza sauces when my son picked up the order we received 10 pizzas and 2 sauces well I called and asked for management or ower I was told management was not there call back in 15 minutes so I wait about 20/ 30 min call a 2nd time someone answered and I asked again for management or ower and was told they were not available so I asked who I was speaking with the kid was rude and refused to give me his name he insisted on getting mine so I gave my name and was told the same thing there not available so I say ok then wait another 15/20 minutes then call back but this time I just stayed with the party and management finally answered I tried explaining what was wrong and she was not corporative would not let me get a word in so my sister in law tried helping me out because she works on the phone all day and again she wouldn't let her get a word in then everyone else tries helping me no results but they said I didn't pay for the cheese sticks ( but why would they give me the sauce if I didn't pay for the cheese sticks) what make this situation bad is the cheese sticks were for me ( who paid for the order and my sister in law who has difacalty with some foods (so we could even eat ) then we ordered the BLT pizzas there was literally 2 inches of mayo on the pizza it was gross then the pepperoni pizza had very little pepperoni on it So I was very upset so I take My neighbor in with me In person knowing I was upset I needed someone to help keep me calm THIS MANAGER Looked at my neighbor who is 80 years old with the most disrespectful attitude and said YOU DIDN'T make THE order and YOU DIDN'T PAY for it SO I AM NOT TALKING TOO YOU so I'm crying because of the treatment of my neighbor and friend and I told her that she was there to help me out The MANAGER said this is not a COURT OF LAW excuse me Then I'm requesting my money back and I was told I WAS NOT.
