She was very unprofessional, even calling me "bitchy" and referring to some of the houses we were quite interested in as "stupid". We found our dream home and purchased it - again with me doing all of the leg work. Left me wondering why we bothered with her. It was a very stressful experience overall. When we went to pick up the keys for our new house she informed us that there were no keys and gave us a pin pad number to get in. Then she went on vacation (yep, that same day!) and we never heard from her again. She never even checked in to see how we were enjoying our new home, let alone sent us a card or anything. Very unprofessional and lazy. For the amount of money your real estate agent will be making off of you - GO ELSEWHERE!!! Especially if you are a first time buyer!! Contractors that they have used to repair our place frequently left a mess in our home after performing work, left without performing the intended repair, and once even left for the day halfway through a job without taking any steps to see that the room being worked on was somewhat usable (having us come home to a stove in the middle of our kitchen, a sink and cabinetry disassembled and strewn throughout the kitchen, and with many nails and sharp corners protruding into various areas of the room). If anyone is thinking of renting from this company or having them manage your property (now called Cornerstone) I would recommend reading some of their other reviews, and checking out their history before proceeding.

They also lie about many things and try to tell you you didn't pay something and then when you prove that you did, they play dumb. Also you should know, this place is for sale to developers, which is probably why they don't care about maintenance. There was mold underneath my sink. There was sewage from the unit above me that spilled into my bathroom and they left it like that for 3 days and didn't offer any compensation for a hotel or anything like that. Also the water is undrinkable, that's according to AHS not just my opinion. Also AHS found over a dozen Health health and fire safety code violations just in one hallway, as well as four in my unit. I have over 73 photos and three videos of proof that this is one of the most dangerous and under maintained 55 plus year old buildings I have ever rented.
