I requested an insurance disbursement in early November 2022. I was initially told that these take 45-60 days. After not receiving my disbursement or any correspondence after 60 days, I reached out again. This time I was told that these take 70-80 business days, but because of an increase in the volume of requests, additional time could be required. After 90 days had passed, I reached out again. I was told that it should only be "another month." That was over 3 months ago. It has now been 210 days and counting and I've received no disbursement and NO correspondence from Ohio National. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy! STAY AWAY!!

What bothers me the most, I did sign up for the policy and that is 100% on me. I could have taken the time to read all the fine print and not just trust their rep but that when I pointed this out to them, they took the side of their rep and basically accused me of being a liar. Because of that I'll never ever do business with this company again ever.
