We booked it and went in, they do need to see the car before giving you an exact cost- but it was pretty accurate with the online prices. We got the silver package with add on dog hair removal. My car had SO MUCH dog hair everywhere and just sand from the beach in the mats and cracks. We actually asked them to clean the dog hammock (that goes over the back seat) as well since one you remove the hammock the seats were actually quite clean having hardly been sat on. I didn't know what to expect picking it up, but I have to say I was thoroughly and pleasantly surprised! They did an AWESOME job, they were friendly, quick, and it was how much we were quoted.
