I traded my mustang in for a family car (jeep) when Ethan was born and it has been one of the biggest hurtles I've had this year. 26k for a jeep grand cherokee. Didn't think much of it but as I was test driving it, it reaked like burning oil. I asked mark about it and he assured me it was residual oil from having it serviced and he would have them wash it down. I agree, buy the car and let than 6 months later massive coolant leak. I take it in and a shop quotes me 4k for oil leak and new radiator. I spend about another 2 grand on oil, wipers, tires, and what not. Last month the ac stopped working and the last week the air suspension craps out. I take it in and ask if they could tell me what's going on with the suspension. Brice agrees and I get a call with a quote of over 14k worth of repairs. I talk with Mark and explain what's going on and he says that I bought it "as is". I drive to get my jeep from SF and when I get there brice tells me it will be $200 for get my car back and I tell him he never told me I would have to pay 200 and I couldn't until Friday. He says "too bad, your not getting your car". His words.My dad buys tons of cars from them so I just trusted my dad's judgement. But I feel like this is criminal. read more

Iversons in Huron sold us a jeep grand Cherokee trail hawk. In under 6 weeks, the jeep had EVERY single dash light on. Rear differential going out. And a multitude of other issues. ON TOP OF THE LOAN we already have , they want to charge close to 4 grand to "fix" the jeep they JUST sold us less than 2 months ago. I DO NOT RECOMMEND CHAD OR RYAN IN THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT. Seems they're better at coming up with excuses rathan than selling a GOOD AND RELIABLE vehicle. Chad says "that's what happens when you buy a used vehicle". read more

Most unprofessional dealership I've ever death with. Purchased vehicle and they do not stand behind what they say AT ALL. Got us to drive 4 hours to look at a vehicle after stating it was immaculate.. covered up body damage and cat scratches discovered after we washed it for the first time is NOT OK. No return policy, no exchange policy, no offer to buff any of the scratches out..absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Never again will we give them a penny of our money. read more
