In a series of emails back and forth she told me I was not entitled to any refund because there'd be "ample time" to get the massages. Her own policy says they are good for one year, not 6 months. She was incredibly rude, initially offering to refund 1/2 of our purchase price but deciding later to not even to do that when I told her reputations in a small town are important. She cannot provide an email copy she says she sent warning customers to use their packages. So, she basically stole $216 from us. She is not a wellness coach and tries to get women to pay for her "experience" with nutrition and time management. She lacks integrity and should be ashamed of herself.
