There are no First Alliance Branches in town where you can drive up and talk to a person with a pass thru window. Every time I use the kiosk I have so many issues. This last time I tried to deposit $60 it literally spit it back at me 5 times. FIVE TIMES. While my baby was crying in the back. I finally left (without depositing the cash). Opened an account at Premier Bank in town because I asked the banker if they had any plans to ever put in a kiosk instead of a person at the drive up - he said they will not. So moving things over there. I'm not hauling 3 littles into the bank with me to deposit $60 when I can drive up elsewhere and have a quick interaction with someone and pass it through a window without flattening my bills in a book for a week to prepare them for a first alliance kiosk.
