DON'T DO IT!!! This place was a total rip-off. I uploaded all my documents to their portal and showed up for my appointment. I was not impressed with the office at all. No one but the person I was meeting was there and the place was not very nice. I sat down with the women and she had the personality of a rock. She went through the documents I brought and then I told her I had uploaded some of the documents to their site. She was not happy about that. Why did I bother, she just printed them all anyway. After sitting there with no conversation, she says, "This is going to be expensive!" I asked her to give me an idea how much. She spent 10 minutes looking it up and then tells me ** with an attitude** it's going to be $760. What the hell? I have never spent that much to get my taxes done. Not even in California when I had multiple rental properties. I took my papers and left. She acted like she didn't even want to do my taxes. What a waste of time and energy. read more
