It was the worst experience, It was my first time that I was filing my Tax and when I called to make an appointmemt they told us the charge would be $100-$150, but when we were there they told us the charges would be $250, and when he was in the middle of the process he told us the charges would be $320. Finally after all he told us if we pay right now we would save the bank charges. So we paid there but after we got our tax return, we found out that they charged us again and $370 was deducted from our tax return. Therefore we called the office and nobody answered me. I went to the office 4 times and nobody answered me and finally after a month, today at 8 pm Ms. Tammy Doycette called me and she told that they are going to send back the $320 in next few day! When I asked about the bank reference # she didn't give that to me and when I asked about the extra charges that was deducted from my tax return she told that she is not sure that the money would be back to me!! So I am not gonna work with this company anymore. And please be careful is you want to file your tax with this company,,,, Also it was the first time that someone hung up the phone on me!!!
