He then went radio silent from my calls & emails until I called from a number he didn't recognize and then miraculously he picked up the phone to give the same response. A few days later I drove 130 miles to his office in which he claimed he was going to serve the subpoena that week. All told, 30 days went by and I fired him via email with a demand notice to return my money. I've contacted the Sonoma County clerks office to file a complaint as well as other avenues. If you do a search on the California Secretary of State Business Search website under his name you'll see the California Franchise Tax Board suspended his "process serving" company in Stockton, CA only for him to start another in Santa Rosa. Or you can just read the attached document from that website. Do not use this company or risk your money being stolen.
