I couldn't bring myself to consider them for a multi-million-dollar flooring company. He said he wanted 7-10k for a basic website. I managed to see one of the websites they've done after a bunch of unnecessary back-and-forth, and I promise you it can be done for $1,500-2k, which is probably what he's paying and just charging you a $5k margin. Very honest businessman! He's young and throws out a bunch of language on his social media accounts like he's an expert, but I doubt he even knows what he's talking about. For example, he shared a cost-per-lead average for personal injury attorneys, but that's probably HIS results because he doesn't know what he's doing. The cost per lead for that industry is about 20-30% of what he claimed. Will should not be the lead sales person. He is actively stunting the company's growth!
