My mailbox fell to the ground the next day! They ripped the bolt out of the 2x4 and never replaced it to hold my mailbox in place. They didn't put the 2x4 deep enough into the ground nor did they pack any dirt around the post to keep it in place. Called to resolve the issue and the lack of professionalism continued with the receptionist. She simply said I'll have a supervisor look and hung up....I don't care if your busy or not you take the time to properly assist someone. Im assuming if the employees are like this the owner doesn't set to high of standards and should be ashamed. Now I have to follow up with the county to make sure the job is taken care of because someone has yet to come and fix my mailbox.

They installed one on my house last year -- it has been great, no more leaks! Also, Ace provides excellent service after sale -- for example, I had bats coming in from the porch area -- Bill and his crew came over and fixed the opening (not actually part of the roof)! Then I had an issue with a gutter that did not drain properly -- they also came over and fixed that -- and installed a new drain spout, as part of their commitment to over all customer experience and satisfaction. Again, technically not part of the roof that they installed, but they fixed it anyways! They are not the cheapest in terms of price -- but you get what you pay for: Ace is a top level company in the field of roofing, even though they don't have big name recognition.
