We got a recommendation from the neighborhood app and called Platinum Pressure for a quote…read more Compared to others they offered a great price for our inquiries and we scheduled most of the service quoted, including a chemical cleaning, pressure wash for the house and patio, gutter cleaning and removal of our shutters. What we opted not to do was deck repair and staining - although I like the idea and wasn't opposed to the price I am skeptical our deck can be saved without more extensive work. The team showed up around 11:30a and didn't leave until almost 5:00p. I'm so happy we got the shutters taken down. Our newer windows are the feature now, and it's good we cleaned the siding because we have some discoloration from having the shutters. Eventually the sun and tree dust will even things out! Besides the house looking cleaner in general, the patio is crazy different. We went from a browned patio to a gray, what it would've looked like newly poured. It makes a couple of cracks more noticeable, but that just is another example of how clean it is now. Easy to work with from quote to payment for a job well done.

Last year, the techs failed to secure a large screen and it blew off, getting destroyed in the…read moreprocess. We didn't complain because sometimes stuff happens, and the window is one that is never opened. This year, the techs forgot to clean the gutters on an outbuilding and we had to remind them. Then, one screen blew off three days later; another large screen was dangling so I removed it so it wouldn't be destroyed; a third large screen was loose, and maybe I secured it from the inside. A fourth screen was loose and nearly feel off but we secured it. They asked my wife if she wanted to secure the screens because they were "hard to do" but she refused. Well, it seems no one did it. Now that the sun is out, it is apparent the window cleaning was all that well done either. Cannot recommend them to anyone with screens and windows and gutters.
