They got the job done quickly and it was affordable especially considering how fast it was taken care of.

I notified them that I did not have an address for this person which is why I needed her served at the public meeting. I asked that the process server arrive at 8:30 as the meeting started at 9 and I wanted him to be there before it started in order to ensure he could identify and connect with the individual. The process server did not get her served despite her being at the meeting and calling me and asking me whether to serve her while she was seated. This was at 9:30, an hour after I had asked him to arrive. He told me that an attorney at the meeting told him it was going to make a scene and "discouraged," although did not prohibit, him from serving her. I told him that I, ALSO AN ATTORNEY, was directing him to serve her anyway. Without contacting me again, he decided to wait until she left the meeting to try to serve her. She then left the meeting before he got her served and he could not find her, as he did not, you know, wait outside the ONLY EXIT to the meeting in order to intercept her. He just let her walk on out and then tried unsuccessfully to follow her. Of course it was unsuccessful - she got the hell out of there because she did not want to be served. WHY DO YOU THINK I HAD TO HIRE A PROCESS SERVER!!! I called the office to address this and was told his supervisor would call me back but was "on the road" at that moment. As of writing this, five hours later, I have heard nothing. This is completely unacceptable and this company appears to be incompetent at their literal one job. RUN.
