So I went to get a packaged shipped. It's a $20 gift for grand daughter and weighs 3.3 lbs including shipping materials. So to get it from MI TO VA was $73.60. This is how they get you. They charge the amount of weight that COULD fit in the box. So that was 34 pounds! I find this utterly ridiculous they're praying on older people that won't question there scam. I went into Jackson Pack and Ship on Spring Arbor Rd July 1, 2020. I went into the store to have an item packed and shipped. The young man who waited on me was not wearing a mask. When I asked him to wear a mask he informed me he didn't have too, that masks don't work and the State does not require it. I then told him I would not support any business that did not value my health, other customers health or the health of our community in general. I took my item to Post Net on Michigan Ave. The gentleman who waited on me was wearing a mask. As a side note they were $25.00 cheaper for the same packing and Fed Ex shipment and it will be arriving one day earlier. read more

Great service and easy to work with. I went here through the pandemic because they didn't require those stupid useless masks. It's been almost 2 1/2 years since the so-called pandemic started, and now all the signs points to masks as being useless and not helpful in preventing the spread of anything. I cannot recommend it enough! The staff is extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgable. 2 years ago, I sent a very important document and, foolishly, did not save my receipt. They gladly pulled a copy of the receipt and printed a tracking form for me. To even further assist me, they phoned the company to which I was sending the receipts and obtained a more specific mailing address. It does not matter what you bring in to them they will find a way to ship it! The only complaint I have is sometimes the wait can be a little long. I also wish they had an east side location. It is hard to drive all the way across town when the post office is practically up the street. read more

I shipped a package to a niece in Massachuset on the 16th of December. The line was out the door. On the 18th....yes the 18, my niece call the package was there! We did not ask for next day or anything fancy. Fantastic service, wonderful customer service. The smiles, the cheery attitude and the service are the best I've ever seen.
