Steve Woodbury is the owner/technician and quotes one price via the phone and gives another price when he's finished. He is rude and unprofessional, often accuses the consumer of "breaking" or "doing" something. Yes, he works fast; yes, he comes to one's home; however, he oils, oils, oils, leaving puddles of oil in the bottom of the machine. IF you contact him after he "serviced" a machine, he WILL NOT return. I have asked for my money back and I have gotten no response. I have filed a complaint with BBB and am in the process of filing a complaint with the Secretary of State.

We ordered a huge circular sign to hang over an exhibit hall that turned out great and was very easy to set up and tear down. For a second show, they had the perfect solution for a very awkward space that we were assigned. We had to submit the order last minute, and because of the quick turnaround, we needed to ship directly to the show. Not only did Zilla do this, but they offered a ton of set up advice and even set the entire display up to take pictures and send to our sales team (who will be setting up at the show). We are so happy with Zilla Display, and we will absolutely be using them for future needs.
