We had a terrible experience with the collision center. Multiple times, we were told the car would be ready on a certain day, and then on that day, it would not be ready. Then the collision center called the rental car company and told them the car was ready for pick up, when it wasn't ready until a day later. This caused confusion with the insurance company, which resulted in Enterprise trying to charge my Mom for the extra day on the rental. Once the car was finally ready, on the way home it started making noises and the check engine light came on - so now the car has to be carried back. Total lack of customer service and quality.
