Fraudulent Listing! Terrible treatment!! I went over to Milton Martin Toyota yesterday to look at a 2025 Tundra Limited. The internet listing, seller stock sheet and window sticker all had this truck advertised/shown with 5,013 miles. After test driving the truck and advising my interest in buying the truck the sells person and sells manager reviewed my trade in and agreed to 4,000$ for my trade in. It was only after this that I informed the sells team that the truck in actuality had 8,039 miles on it. I also showed them a truck at a different dealership, same year and trim level, with roughly 4,000 miles less and the price was roughly 3,000$ less as well. I asked my sells person to please confirm you have the truck price correct. To which the sells person I was working with did go and inform the sells manager. After returning they had lowered to overall cost of the truck to better support the actual miles and market value. However, they also reduced my trade by 1,500$. When I asked why my trade was reduced, they presented me with a Kelley Blue Book value sheet and said that is what they estimate it to be. My immediate reaction was, you knew this before when you agreed to pay me 4,000$ for it. So, what happened was I called them out on their error and then I paid the price for it. They wanted to make up the lower price due to their error by reducing my trade in value that we had already agreed on. This is a poor representation of how to do business. I would highly recommend buyers look closely at the paperwork they are providing and understand there are other trucks, cars, suvs, etc out there and you can walk. Just as I did. Dropped my car off for an engine service message. I was already pretty sure it was a faulty coolant overflow valve because that is a known issue with my vehicle. I recently traded in my tacoma for a trd off road 4 runner. Milton had the one I was looking for and the process was super smooth. I got a good deal on the trade and a fair price for the 2022 4 Runner. Trey was awesome. Very down to earth and knew that I was on a time crunch and was able to speed things along so that I could get to work on time. The only issue I had was that the 4 runner was not detailed on the interior. It was clean but you could tell they had not detailed it. My experience so far is not good. This is an effort to reach someone at the dealership who can assist. I have called multiple times for support for my elderly mother. A repair was not made and her car was destroyed on their property. We have finally resolved the claim on the car, but the company, at this time, seems to be unwilling to return what my mother paid for in repairs when the car was left on their lot for servicing. It's not my mother's fault that the car was destroyed under their care and on their lot...but obviously the repair was never done. Why continue to hold onto her money for months? No manager will pick up the phone. All calls are sent straight to voicemail. Messages left with a person or through automated means are not returned. I have made myself available anytime day or night to resolve the issue which has lingered for months, but no one will schedule a time to talk. I have been told that the owners are Christian, but this does not feel like a professional nor Christian way to handle a customer issue or treat a senior citizen who has been a loyal customer for 15yrs. All servicing for 15yrs with you and you can't refund a nearly 80yr old woman her money for a repair that never happened? The ensuing conversation was one aimed towards plausible deniability instead of accountability and rectification. In a subsequent conversation with the service department manager, he was understanding with our concerns and reimbursed us for the parts that fell off of the vehicle immediately after servicing there which we had to purchase at another dealership. I've been to the Oakwood MM Toyota on several occasions having since purchased my car here over a year ago, and every time is as enjoyable and stress-free as the last. The sales department is way more helpful and honest than those at Mall of GA Toyota. The interior of the new-ish building is bright, clean, and comfortable, so much so that I have no problem waiting out any service my vehicle requires, whether or not they offer courtesy shuttles. Complimentary coffee, tea, water bottles, fruit, and crackers are perched alongside a Chick-fil-A counter with additional prepared deli meals for sale. Ample seating around an artificial fireplace, tables, and a safe and cute children's room make for an easy wait. And lastly, the staff are all very friendly! read more

Thursday June 20 I inquired about a First Edition Land Cruiser that was listed on the Milton Martin website and the main Toyota website with a SmartPath price of $81,136 plus TT&T for a total of $84,312 OTD. I was told it was available and quoted $91,553.90. I brought that discrepancy to Andrew's(salesperson) attention and said I would take it for the ADVERTISED price and he said his manager would check with the owner and it may be Friday the 21st before I got an answer. Crickets... I texted Andrew Friday and heard nothing. I just called the store and asked for Andrew. No answer. I asked for his manager. No answer. I did get the GM who was very nice and told me that he thought the owner wanted it. WOW! I did suggest that receiving no response was not very professional. I called for an appointment for an oil change through the Quick Lube bay. When I arrived, I was told that I needed to go to the regular service bay. An hour and a half later (no one in front of me) I receive a text outlining $1,500+ worth of service items - for my 10 year old Prius with 215,000 miles!!! (Well over half the value of the car!). No one talked to me about any of the items - and no where in the text link about the oil change! Unbelievable. I scheduled this because I just needed a quick service - instead I am kept waiting an hour longer than expected just so they can fleece me. Never again.
