Inspector failed the insulation inspection. Elite came back promptly after we pulled the fireplace to do the insulation, which was to code. Massive props for their responsiveness. Could've been a LOT better. Building my retirement dream home (just a little diddy, not some…read moremansion) so wanted permanent high quality products to last.A Wayne Dalton door is just not that but was used by the contractor. Cheap, cheap, cheap. This door broke 5 times in 6 years. Not talking about the opener apparatus (which is still working fine), the actual door! The panels just broke away from each other and fell off. Although they did come eventually, butmade me pay to have it fixed 4 of the 5 times, all they did was screw more holes and screws into a cheap, thin door that continued to make it more at risk, so it fell apart quicker and quicker each time. That 5th call was 3 months ago, and even with reminders, still waiting for a call back on repair. Naturally I moved on and got a REAL door, that each panel has it's own steel frame for solid workmanship built to last. Upon removing the Davenport door, it was discovered that the insulation grade originally paid for was not in the door (what you can't see). For service and quality do not chose this organization for a garage door.

When the repair man came he discovered what the estimator missed. My faulty gutters caused the fascia boards to rot and part of the roof plywood too. So now I have a lot more expensive repair to do, Davenport won't cover any of it, and worst of all is the wasted month I waited around thinking my problem was handled. Never again with these people.
