No callback by next day, so called again - verified was "on the list". Did finally receive a callback voice mail message on Monday saying they were getting back to calls from over the weekend and wanting to know if service was still needed. I called back an was informed they were booking a week out and a $1500 deposit would be required upfront to ensure position in queue. By this point the water damage was no longer able to be "restored" - carpet and pad all had to be ripped out and hauled to dump. But Brad, the project manager, began a scope of work that was never discussed with us and brought in another company without our permission that did a lot of damage to our home. A 2-3 month project turned into nearly a year. Brad was terrible with communication, changed the narrative frequently to protect himself, rarely showed up for planned meetings, and never had the correct paperwork signed by us. He is the used car salesman trying to sell you the lemon while telling you it's a Mercedes. I have no doubt he had his own version of reality that he told his employer. He also created issues getting our belongings back once we were back in our house. It took nearly 3 years to get our stuff back with no reason as to why. By then, a lot had degraded or was repurchased because we couldn't wait any longer. Items were returned dirty with mouse nests, some were molded, and other boxes were not our belongings. The above is only a small part of the problems created by one man.
