Even harder to trust them that they will put the time and effort in to get the job done. In my experience most law firms put themselves first and put their effort into cases that yield them the most revenue and use the smaller cases as "time filler". I called them last Wednesday to ask a question about retirement of an inheritance from my parents. I had to call again on Friday and leave a message in which they told me they would not get back to me till Wednesday. I then call the attorney to complain about the service I was receiving.
