They were kind to us and gladly went over the spots, but still, we did NOT get our money's worth. 6 bedrooms in our house and all the did was vacuum, maybe dusted the baseboards a bit. Why did I pay so much money for that? It was just disappointing. Apparently the company has changed ownership, but the service is still amazing as ever. My cleaning team (Reina and her partner) were on time, very nice, worked very efficiently, and left our home absolutely sparkling! I cannot remember the last time our house was this clean…read more We had our first clean this morning -- we scheduled a full-on deep clean -- and I am floored by the great work Kelsey and her husband did here today. They did all of the normal things, sure, and the bathrooms and carpets and such are all spic and span. But they dusted everything, and I mean EVERYTHING. They got every single dog hair out of our sofa, they washed windows, cleaned every glass door to crystal clarity, washed walls and every baseboard and every bit of trim. They did the insides of our kitchen appliances, asked what we needed and took care and time to do the job right. And the best part? I've just finished a long work day and one thing I'm not doing right now is cleaning my kitchen. I'm able to relax, take a deep breath (it smells amazing in here, btw), and just be. That's worth the cost (which was absolutely reasonable!) all on its own.

The goods: Renae's responded promptly and had one time slot that worked just right. Their quick response, time slot and review sold me. They brought all cleaning supplies and were very friendly. The cleaning was really thorough. Honestly, my house which is midway through a renovation, was never so clean. They were here for several hours making sure everything was just right and they offered a walk-through at the end to review their work. They also left a thank you card and thank you gifts that included, hand soap, sanitizer, face masks, tissues and air freshener (see the photo). The only down side for me was the price point for a small home and knowing others had estimated less (only had two bedrooms of the three cleaned so I could keep my dog in one of the rooms-my decision). The good: Erica, who I dealt with in the office was friendly, confident and knowledgeable. She was easy to work with and got back to me quickly when I found her voicemail. Also the three women that came to clean my apartment did an EXCELLENT job. Things looked great. So why the three star rating? I booked the cleaners for the hour and a half minimum. I was informed by Erica that they would tell me what else needed to be done after that 90 minutes and I could decide at that point if I wanted them for longer. On the day of the clean I stopped back at the hour mark and they weren't done. When I came back 30 minutes later I found them loading up the car. I went inside and found that they had done an excellent job. I tipped them and sent them on their way. A few days later I noticed on my credit card statement that I had been charged more than I was quoted. I contacted the ever responsive Erica who informed me that they cleaned for 15 minutes extra generating the charge. I told her that they had not done that and that I found them packing up at the 90 minute mark. Erica apologized and promised me a reimbursement. Pride Klean does an excellent job and Erica is awesome just watch the time that you are charged. That was a BIG disappointment for me especially since these are people that I trusted to be alone in my living space granted it was empty.
