Every single individual I worked with throughout my pregnancy all the way to labor and delivery were simply excellent. The doctors, nurses, and staff were as compassionate as can be and seemed to truly care about my well-being. Also, they were very supportive of all decisions and non-judgmental. I knew I was in good hands for 9 months. My L&D experience was amazing because of the team. They are the kindest humans ever and made a nerve-wracking experience surprisingly easy.

She chats with you about everyday things to help you relax. Her exams are painless and efficient. She's the only person to not cause me extreme cramps from the pelvic. She rocks and I will continue to see her for as long as she practices. I cannot say enough good things about her, and the administrative staff are great as well. That is really rare in my experiences with medical offices. See Bonnie if you're looking for a new practice! I am happy that everything turned out even better than I expected. I am thrilled to have found a new OB/GYN, one that treats me with compassion and courtesy. But I would like to complement Dr. Kristine Klein (who had been recommended by my wonderful primary physician Dr. Holly Cleney). Dr. Klein listened to all my concerns and anxieties, counseled me with great patience, and when time was right performed an elective hysterectomy with great results. Her "bedside manner", patience, and woman-to-woman understanding have been very beneficial to me. This has been a very positive experience (after I had fired 2 other GYNs in a different practice). However, the waiting room was awful - I dreaded the long waits, screaming babies, disorder every time I came there.

There seems to be minimal communication between the front desk people and the rest of the world. The receptionists (every one of them so far) are horribly condescending, impatient, and rude. I've seen them roll their eyes while helping (??) other patients, giggling about others. Very unprofessional. Considering they are the first introduction many people have to this facility, it is a bad representation (you only get one chance to make a good first impression...). Additionally, I have never been on-hold (when I call) for less than 8 minutes. Never. I should state that I'm referring to the Jordan Rd, Troy offices. It was so much better before they moved to this building. Basically, I'm giving only 2-stars because of the reception staff, not the doctors. Although, the nurses call-back could be improved.
