So bad that I drove 5 hours back to my old stylist to rescue my hair. Partial list of problems include; 1. The new extensions were the wrong type and applied with the wrong method 2. Many sprigs of 4" long hair left from "burning" off the original extensions not to mention spots where she pulled clumps of hair out 3. Hair cut was uneven (1 1/2 difference from side to side) and she chopped off 5" of my length. That was recovered with a new cut and extra extensions 4. On top of everything else she charged me twice. Thankful my bank took care of that. I was told by Heather that she was a master stylist ... very doubtful. Extensions were her "specialty" ... no way no how. I've thought long and hard about writing such a negative review but after finding out everything that was botched , if it keeps someone else from going through what I did it's worth it.

In order to do that, because it's an odd amount, I would have had to select custom and entered that amount. I can only guess that the employee did it without my consent. I swiped my card and she said thank you and I left without a receipt - I didn't conceive that she would literally steal from me. I called to ask them to make it right and they said there is nothing they can do. It's terrible customer service and I will never bring my child here again. It was pure theft.
