We opted for a different type of wine, staff poured wine into the glasses - 1 glass full, the other just 3 sips - again, the last bottle. This happened as well the first time my wife was there. Seriously, when you are into wine, go elsewhere. This is a rip off with incredibly untrained staff that doesn't care at all.

We e.g. ordered sardines, expecting something they would cook themselves, and they then actually served an openend tin of sardines in oil with a few onions. For 22€. Some other dishes were delicious, others 'good', but prices were high throughout. Service wasn't very attentive. To sum it up - I am happy to pay the prices, but then I want an experience to go along with it. It has gotten a lot easier to make reservations than it used to here, and the place wasn't full on a Saturday night, so it might be others have noticed too that there's a mismatch.

It's like a big bar with an additionl lounge. Chilling areas and tables are avilable. As well as water (for free) glasses, plates etc. Food you can order from any place or bring your own. Sound system is easy to connect via bluetooth and is very powerful (like in a disco). The location is WOW!! It's a mix of red brickets typical old cellar and modern (lot of glass) interieur. You have to walk 5m off the main road towards the entrance to the wine shop, then enter the wine shop, and then go up the stairs. The menu isn't extensive, consisting mostly of pasta and salad dishes, but there should also be a few bigger meals advertised on teh blackboard. I had a pleasant time there last night. He smiled at us and showed it to us, but asked us to leave our number just in case there might be an open spot later. My friend received a call, called back and this friendly woman just said: Hello Alex! Yeah..now you are surprised, right?! And he was. Unfortunately they didin't have a free table for the time he wanted, but he said being declined with such a nice explanation will make him come back pretty soon and this time he will book days in advanced. This seems to be the new/old hidden hot spot in the hood. I am exited to get to know it and then write another feedback.

That is a divine Italian experience you must enjoy with a crisp white wine (by the glass, I prefer the Lugana, by the bottle it is the EDDA)!
