She advised that I check out their website for some ideas and to my surprise -- there were beautiful arrangements displayed for just about every occasion. So much to choose from -- and all were so creative, elegant, and yet depicted specific personalities catered for various people and celebrations. I picked a specific one and prior to ordering, I confirmed which flowers were in season (or not). The nice florist shared that she would put together what I wanted and get as close to it as possible given what she had in the shop. I told her I wanted the arrangement exaggerated and loud. On the appointed day, I got a call from the dasher in their shop. They were no longer taking dd orders. I spoke with the shop keeper and she blamed doordash. I ordered from the florist's website, how could it be door dash's fault. They should have fixed their site and not blamed the delivery service. The order was cancelled with my money refunded. I had to figure out a way to tip the dasher whose tip was also refunded. This is no way to do business. I don't care how pretty their flowers are.
